Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Take appropriate action as required by law

We aim to respond to all DMCA notices within 3–5 business days.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

  • Your full name, address, and phone number
  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

VibeKart BD has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Good Faith

We take copyright protection seriously and act in good faith when processing DMCA notices. Please note that submitting a false DMCA claim may result in legal liability.
